What are lab-grown diamonds?
Diamonds created in a laboratory rather than mined. They are chemically, physically and optically diamond — not simulants.
Is the gold solid?
Yes. Every piece is solid 14K or 18K gold in the colors offered on the product page — no plating, vermeil or sterling silver.
How is my piece made?
Each piece is made to order in the metal, gold colour and size you select. Please allow an estimated 15–20 calendar days from placing your order to delivery, including production, inspection and complimentary insured shipping. We ship worldwide, except India.

How do I find my size?
Use our sizing guide for rings, bracelets, necklaces and earrings, or contact support@rarefinejewels.com before ordering. Please choose carefully: we do not offer resizing, voluntary returns or exchanges after purchase. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
What documentation comes with a piece?
Documentation differs by piece. Any grading report or manufacturer certificate that is included is stated on that product’s page — if it is not listed there, please ask before ordering.
