Everything below is written to be understood, not survived.
// 01 — Shipping
We ship internationally, complimentary and insured, fully tracked, with the exception of India. You receive tracking the moment your piece leaves us. Duties and import taxes, where they apply, are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility.
Production takes 7–10 business days, because your piece is built after you order it. Delivery is a further 3–7 business days depending on where you are.
// 02 — Made to order & final sale
We operate on a zero-inventory, zero-waste model. Every piece is manufactured to your specification — your metal, your colour, your size — and production begins only once you order. For that reason, all sales are final. We are not able to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started, except:
- if your piece arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect — we'll repair or remake it at no cost, or
- where a return or refund is required by applicable consumer protection law.
Sizing concerns? Use our size chart before ordering, or contact us within 48 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to adjust it before production begins.
// 03 — What we guarantee instead
- Material authenticity. Gold is solid 14K or 18K as stated — never plated, filled or vermeil.
- Lifetime structural warranty. Covering re-polishing and structural repair — manufacturing defects repaired or replaced at no cost, for as long as you own the piece.
- Resizing support. If the fit isn't right, contact us and we will help.
The warranty does not cover ordinary wear, accidental damage, loss, or work carried out by another jeweller.

Contact us with your order number and a photograph. We will assess it and put it right.
