Every RARE FINE JEWELS piece is made to order in your chosen metal, colour and size. All sales are final: we do not accept voluntary returns or exchanges on domestic or international orders, and we do not offer resizing after purchase.

Can I cancel my order?
You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing support@rarefinejewels.com with your order number. Cancellations within this window receive a refund of 90% of the original payment amount; the remaining 10% covers non-refundable payment processing fees and currency exchange costs, where permitted by law.
After 24 hours, voluntary cancellations cannot be accepted. This does not affect cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law.
Sizing and product support
Please check our sizing guide and confirm your selection before ordering, as resizing is not available after purchase. If you are unsure, contact support@rarefinejewels.com before placing your order.
If your jewellery arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where possible. We will review the issue in accordance with your applicable rights.
