Every RARE FINE JEWELS piece is made to order and sent with complimentary, insured shipping. Please allow an estimated 15–20 calendar days from placing your order to delivery, including production, inspection and shipping.
When will my jewellery arrive?
Please allow an estimated 15–20 calendar days from order placement to delivery. This includes making your piece, inspecting it and shipping it to you. Customs clearance, public holidays or carrier delays may affect the estimate.
If you have a particular date in mind, contact support@rarefinejewels.com before placing your order.
How will I know it has shipped?
You receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your parcel leaves us.
Can I change my address?
Contact support@rarefinejewels.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. We will confirm whether it can be updated before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, its destination cannot be changed.
International orders
We offer complimentary, insured shipping worldwide, except India. International duties and import taxes may apply; please see our Tariffs, Duties & Taxes page for details.
